At The Prometheus, we offer global shipping through our network of print partners to ensure your art and craft products are delivered efficiently and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process, including estimated delivery times, costs, and tracking options.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, except for a select number of US-to-US products. Our global fulfilment network ensures that your order is produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery location, reducing shipping times and environmental impact.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer four shipping tiers based on speed and cost:

  • Budget Shipping: Most affordable, but slower. Often untracked (except in the US).
  • Standard Shipping: A balance of cost and speed. Tracking availability depends on the destination.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery with full tracking.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available only for select products in the UK and US.

Shipping times vary by product and destination. Most print-on-demand items are dispatched within 1-4 business days, with some fast-moving products shipping within 24-48 hours.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination.
  • Budget shipping may not include tracking, while Express and Overnight shipments always include tracking.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on the product type, destination, and shipping method. Our pricing tool automatically calculates shipping costs at checkout based on these factors.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items from different print facilities, shipping costs will be combined accordingly.

Shipping Address Changes

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request an address change by contacting us at theprometheusmythos@gmail.com.
  • Address changes may not be available for all print facilities. If your order is already in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

P.O. Box Deliveries

  • Most items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Large items like framed and canvas prints may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery.
  • Couriers like FedEx, UPS, and DPD do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, possible reasons include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customs and import restrictions
  • Failed delivery attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable)
  • Postal strikes or natural disasters

For orders delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us at theprometheusmythos@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement. However, we cannot offer free replacements for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Damaged Products in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving the order. We will process a free replacement at no additional cost.
