Return & Cancellation Policy

At The Prometheus, we strive to provide high-quality art and craft products made just for you. As our products are custom-made and printed on demand, our return and cancellation policy is outlined below.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only before production begins. Once an order enters production, we cannot guarantee cancellation, and you may be charged for the product cost.

To ensure a cancellation window, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before placing it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at theprometheusmythos@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for unwanted items. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following details:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

2. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product. In some cases, the package may not be returned, and a new order will need to be placed.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, or design selected)

• Any item returned without prior approval
